Return Policy

Accessory Policy

• Any return must be made within 15 days of purchase accompanied by original sales receipt.
• No refunds after 15 days, without original sales receipt, on Bluetooth products, on Data Cables, or on Gift Certificates.
• NO RETURNS or REFUNDS on Batteries or Ear Pieces / Headsets.
• Defective Bluetooth products will be exchanged for identical item within 15 days, after 15 days please contact manufacturer for warranty support.
• There is a 10-calendar day waiting period for purchases made by check.
• All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Phones and Data Devices

• When returning the phone or other device, it must be in the original packaging and include all kit components.
• There can be no alterations to the programming on the phone.
• There will be a restocking fee of $15.00 per phone returned.
• Returns must be made within the first 30 DAYS or there will be a termination fee of $200.00.
